KHIRO SKATEBOARD PRODUCTS is
an OEM company and SELLS ONLY TO QUALIFIED distributors and
manufacturing shops. International Distributors are welcome!
At Khiro Skateboard Products we
pride ourselves in giving our customers fast, helpful service. With our
low $250.00 minimum order, you can take advantage of our selection of
inventory at a fast turn-around.
To make things quick and easy,
below is a list of our basic service guidelines.

Our order department, customer
service facilities and warehouses are located in San Marcos, CA. Our business hours of operation are 8:00 am - 4:00 pm (Pacific
Standard Time), Monday thru Thursday.

In observance of important
national holidays, Khiro
Skateboard Products will be
closed on the following days:

KHIRO SKATEBOARD PRODUCTS takes no responsibility
for your well being. Skateboarding, even
when done well,
can be a dangerous activity. You need to be
careful when you do it.
AT ALL TIMES YOU MUST WEAR PROPER SAFETY
EQUIPMENT!
Including: Helmet, Elbow & Knee Pads and
Wrist Braces.
PARENTS: You need to make sure your kids are
skateboarding safely.
Your kids are your responsibility - Not
ours. You should be aware of what
kind of skateboarding they are doing, what
kind of safety equipment they
are wearing, where they are skateboarding,
and who they are skateboarding
with.
Like we said- We encourage the use of proper
safety equipment. However, we
can't force anyone to use it. It's the
responsibility of the individual skateboarder
and/or their parent(s) to make decisions
about their safety and well being.
Finally, in case all the above is not clear- KHIRO SKATEBOARD PRODUCTS takes no
responsibility or accepts any liability
what-so-ever for injuries resulting from the
participation and act of riding a
skateboard.
Skate safe and skate smart. Do not
skateboard in traffic, Do not try crazy stuff
you know you can't do. Get immediate proper
treatment for any injuries. Give
any injuries proper time to heal. - Oh yeah,
and have fun!
MINIMUM ORDER
Minimum order value is $250.00
for all orders.
When placing an order, please
be sure that your customer number and phone number are given to the sales
representative or are clearly marked on written or electronic orders. Please remember that once you place an order with us, your order is
expedited to the warehouse for immediate shipment. Any additional items will have to go on a new order.
PAYMENT TERMS
All new orders up to $2,500
can be shipped COD COMPANY CHECK (upon approval), or you may make a
payment by VISA or MASTERCARD. Khiro Skateboard Products will
NOT charge extra for credit card payments however, prices subject to
change at any time without prior notification.
There will be a $15.00 charge
on all returned checks. Any
customer with an unpaid invoice will be considered delinquent. No further shipments will be made to delinquent accounts. Any volume discounts or special sale pricing will be void and the
invoice will be considered at the standard dealer pricing. A late penalty service charge of 1.5% per month, 18% per annum will
be assessed on the unpaid delinquent balance.
IN STOCK
PRODUCT AND BACKORDERED PRODUCT
Khiro Skateboard Products would like to always fill your order 100%. Unfortunately, this does not always happen, mainly due to shortages
of product from the manufacturers.
Unless otherwise notified, Khiro Skateboard Products will
always immediately ship all of the products in an order that are in stock. If some but not all of the products in an order are in stock, Khiro Skateboard Products will
immediately ship the in stock portion of the order, unless specifically
notified by the customer not to ship partial orders.
Unless notified otherwise at
the time of the original order, Khiro Skateboard Products will always ship backordered product as soon
as we receive the product from the manufacturer.
FREIGHT
CARRIERS
Khiro Skateboard Products ships by UPS, USPS, FED EX and DHL (for international services only) and
several LTL (less than truckload) carriers for larger orders. Unless otherwise specified, orders will be shipped by standard UPS
GROUND service. Please note
that certain product that is classified HAZMAT or ORMD will not be shipped
by air under any circumstances.
FREIGHT COST
Khiro Skateboard Products will add freight
charges to the customer's invoice for all orders, unless otherwise
specifically agreed to before the order is shipped. Khiro Skateboard Products offers a Bill to Third Party option for UPS, FEDEX, and DHL services
only. Parcels can be shipped
and the shipping charges will be billed directly to the customer's
account. All address
correction fees assessed by the freight carriers will be billed to the
customer's account. Shipments
to addresses other than customerâs standard addresses on file will be
assessed a $3.00 Drop-Ship fee for each order.
PARCEL
INSURANCE
Khiro Skateboard Products, will insure parcels
at the published carrier insurance rate and bill the customer unless
otherwise instructed by the customer in writing. Should the customer choose to self insure, Khiro Skateboard Products has
no liability for lost or damaged parcels, once the parcel leaves any of
our warehouses.
INTERNATIONAL
DELIVERIES
Certain product is not
available for export due to restrictions by the manufacturer. Before shipping/exporting any product, check with Khiro Skateboard Products for
manufacturer restrictions for shipping/exporting any product outside of
the United States.
All International shipments
that have duties and/or import taxes associated with the shipment will be
the sole financial responsibility of the customer.
Any International shipment
that cannot be delivered due to an error by the customer (such as wrong
address, etc.) will be returned to Khiro Skateboard Products. All charges associated with the return of goods will be the sole
financial responsibility of the customer and will be billed to the
customer's account.
All dutiable shipments require
at least a commercial invoice and airway bill. Additional forms may be needed depending on the shipment content,
value and/or destination. Incomplete paperwork can cause delays in customs, impacting timely
processing of shipments. The
customer is responsible for providing all applicable shipping information
to Khiro Skateboard Products when submitting International orders.
Khiro Skateboard
Products will not ship/export any item that is
considered a restricted article or hazardous material. Other unacceptable
items include but are not limited to any items, the carriage of which is
prohibited by law, regulation or statute of any federal, state or local
government of any country, to or through which the shipment may be
carried.
RETURNS
Khiro Skateboard Products customers MUST
obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before attempting
to return any merchandise to Khiro
Skateboard Products. Certain Manufacturers insist on defective or damaged merchandise being
returned directly to them, so you need to check with us first.
KHIRO SKATEBOARD PRODUCTS
WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNED
MERCHANDISE WITHOUT A VALID RETURN
MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA) NUMBER.
To obtain a RMA # call: 1-888-38S-KATE (7-5283), or e-mail us at bob@khiroskateboardproducts.com A customer service-representative will give you a RMA # that must
be clearly marked on the outside of the return parcel, as well as on any
paperwork. Return merchandise

Khiro Skateboard Products will not be
obligated to accept any returns of product submitted more than 60 days
after shipment of such products to customer excluding returns of defective
product. RMA #âs have a
validity period of 30 days from date of issue.
RE-STOCKING
FEES
Non-defective merchandise
returned to Khiro Skateboard
Products for any reason, other than a miss-ship of product, will be
subject to a 15% restocking fee. Products must be received by us in original condition and within 30
days of our shipping date, or it cannot be accepted for return.
WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY
By purchasing any item from Khiro Skateboard Products, whether by phone, mail, e-mail, fax, on-line or in person, the buyer
warrants that he/she is in compliance with his/her local laws, state laws
and federal laws and is legally able to purchase and possess these items. Khiro Skateboard Products may not be held responsible for any non-compliance with any of these laws
whatsoever.
